At Country View Apartments, the security deposit is $200. However, if an applicant is approved with conditions, the deposit will be equal to a full month's rent.
At Country View Apartments, the application fee is $15 per adult.
At Country View Apartments, residents are responsible for paying for electric, internet, telephone, etc.
At Country View Apartments, both cats and dogs are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per household. A $150 refundable pet deposit and a $15/ month pet fee are required. Certain breed restrictions apply. For more details about our pet policy, please contact us.
Country View Apartments is located within the Monroe County Community School Corporation (MCCSC). Nearby schools include: Summit elementary, Batchelor middle School and South High School.
Country View Apartments does not offer income-based housing programs. We are a Tax Credit property but we do accept Section 8 vouchers. To learn more about the specific programs our community offers, please contact the leasing office.
Residents of Country View Apartments are welcome to pay with the Resident App, Text-to-Pay, Walk in Payment Services (WIPS), Resident Portal and ACH Debit.
At Country View Apartments, free surface parking is available, with a limit of two cars per household.
